Abstract

This study aims to identify the degree of possessing the skills necessary to the performance of Spanish faculty members at the Jordanian universities. The study consists of all teachers of Spanish in Jordanian universities. Due to its small size, the entire study group has been taken, reaching (13) instructors who teach Spanish at Jordanian universities. For the purposes of the study, questionnaires were used for data collection. The questionnaire is divided into two sections: the first one includes personal information about the study group such as gender and academic degree, while the other one includes 30 items, which are divided into four areas (learning and teaching management, personal efficiency, human relationships, and professional development).
