Employers' vision of the outputs of university education and the labor market "Study on a sample of urban employers"

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the vision of the business owners of the university graduate, and the extent of their ability to adapt to the labor market and ways to achieve this.
To achieve this goal, a series of in-depth interviews were conducted with 101 women and businessmen.
A set of conclusions was reached relying on the analytical descriptive method of reality and the analysis resulting in a number of proposals. were put forward to prepare young people for direct involvement in various fields of work and to participate in the process of comprehensive development in society.
