The interest is worldly(secular) interest par excellence, and this does not mean that there is no religious interest, The overlap between the two interests is an Islamic fact. God Almighty created man to populate the earth. Interest is a goal for individuals and countries alike. God has made interest the goal of the purposes of Sharia, as Islam preserved for man his dignity when he permitted what was forbidden out of the interest of preserving necessities The Islamic religion is distinguished by its respect for reason. Therefore, Muslims, whether Sunnis or Twelver Shiites, agreed on the interest - both its individual and public parts - because it is based on reason. The study of interest revealed the existence of a paradox, as the apparent differences - between the two teams - hide the reality of an agreement that amounts to identical views, and among the two teams agreed on: Weighing between interests through their consequences, and prioritizing the public interest over the private The term “Regime interest”(Maslht Alnizam), has been an example of both parties' verbal disagreements and agreement in practice, as many of the parties' differences are apparent, hiding behind them an agreement that amounts to congruence of views.
