Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the modern technologies that is constantly evolving, as it has the ability to change many fields, especially the field of documents and archives. In recent years, we have witnessed a great development in artificial intelligence technology, and it has been used in many business fields, such as medicine, manufacturing, trade, and education, so its use in the field of documents, archives, and information is of great importance. In this study, the researcher relied on a number of generative artificial intelligence bots that global companies competed to create, with the application and use of prompt engineering or (claims engineering) or what is known as (Prompt Engineering) if the action focused on the practical aspect of formulating claims while directing specialized questions, as the researcher asked these questions to obtain specialized and specific answers in each of these bots or (platforms), and then the analysis processes began to monitor the differences between each platform's answer to the same specialized question, as well as monitoring agreements, and monitoring new texts in these answers that the researcher obtained, in addition to identifying the services associated with the bot that were provided by each of these most important global companies in the world.
