Abstract
Abstract of the cybercrimes The electronic Field has very many pioneers, which made it a fertile field for the commission of multiple forms of crimes through modern means of communication, so I chose to perform this study to identify the nature of cybercrime, its types and reasons, a statement of the legal situation applicable to parties committed it, with clarification of the legal view of cybercrime. research aims: • Identify the nature of information crimes. • Identify the causes of information crimes. • Explaining the legal ruling on information crimes. • Explaining examples of legal legislation for information crimes. Search Plan: This research consists of an introduction, a preface, four sections, a conclusion, indexes, and the research topics are as follows: - The first section: Characteristics and types of information crimes. - The second section: The legal rulings resulting from information crimes. The third topic: information crimes from a legal perspective. - Fourth section: Ways to confront information crimes. Research Methodology: The analytical approach was followed to achieve the purpose of the study, as the types and fields of information crimes will be analyzed, and their provisions will be determined from the perspective of Islamic law and the legal view of these crimes.
