This study aims to assess the status of Saudi scientific and university journals within the Arab Citation and Impact Factor (ARCIF), providing an accurate representation of the engagement of Saudi universities in the ARCIF for their journals. The descriptive analytical approach was employed to analyze (8) reports issued by the Arab Citation and Impact Factor (ARCIF) spanning from 2016 to 2023. Key findings include the identification of (81) Saudi journals indexed by Impact Factors. In 2020, Saudi journals ranked fourth among Arab journals, rising to fifth in 2023. Universities led the list in lab subscriptions, with 62% of Saudi journals issued by 19 government universities. Five universities, namely Al-Imam University, Prince Sattam University, Umm Al-Qura University, King Faisal University, and Northern Border University, topped the list by indexing all their journals in the impact factors. The highest coefficient reached by Saudi journals was 2.096. Keywords: Saudi scientific journals, Saudi university journals, Arab Impact Factor, ARSeef Impact Factor
