Summary
Jamal al-Din al-Isnawi, author of the book al-Kawkab al-Dari on how to graduate the jurisprudential branches on grammatical issues, is considered the first to write a book that combines grammar and jurisprudence, as mentioned by more than one of the researchers, and because this type of classification needs the author’s mastery of the two sciences about which he is about to write. The research is meant to show the grammatical aspects of Imam Jamal Al-Din Al-Asnawi in his book Al-Kawkab Al-Dari in the graduation of jurisprudential branches on grammatical origins; This is by explaining his grammatical doctrine, the grammatical sources on which he relied, identifying some of his grammatical choices, and explaining how he deals with the grammatical assets he used in his preferences and choices.
