Nostalgia Types in Arab and Chinese Poetry

Abstract

The research studies the types of  nostalgia poetry that Arab and Chinese poets wrote. Nostalgia is a human phenomenon and a real feeling in the human heart. It is an innate  feeling closely related to their survival. therefore, it can be said that nostalgia is passion and sincere feelings towards places, time, relatives, and things that a person longs for.These feelings are manifested in several waysand are not limited to a specific type of person, but the poet distinguishes himself by embodying this passion and its continuation
