This study aims to find out the features of renewal of Arabic traditional Grammar as suggested by Sulayman Alattar(1939- 2020). Alattar, a prominent modern Arabic intellectual and renewer of Arabic traditional grammar, has introduced his reflections in a forty-page study published in the journal of the Faculty of Arts, Cairo University. The study, which might seem small, introduces significant and deep reflections on how to renew Arabic traditional grammar. These reflections need to be studied, discussed, and introduced to the research community as a distinct school in the movement of the renewal of Arabic traditional grammar in modern times.
