Abstract

This study attempts to reveal some philosophical ideas in the series Game of Thrones, drawing on the opinions of some philosophers, such as Thomas Hobbes about human nature, and Nietzsche's concept of the superman and the relativity of good and evil. The study also seeks to monitor the use of the series by some of its components in order to materialize the semantic aim at its maximum; such as architecture and the use of some legendary symbols. The study follows the analytic method in many of its aspects, and resort in many places to the semantic interpretation of some elements that were employed within the work to serve the overall meaning of it.
