The Peaceful and Military Attitudes of the Irani Nuclear Project and its Consequences on the Arab Gulf Region First researcher: Dr. Nabeel Al – Autoom Second researcher: Dr. Omar Khudeirat Third researcher: Dr. Taruq Al-Azzam Complicated internal and external dynamics in Iran still form a main obstacle facing the building of durable honest intentions. The course of negotiations about the Irani nuclear program has been based on several variables: the vision of the hard institutions attached to the home of the leader, leadership and the negotiation process. The nuclear issue is not just confined to that frame. The regime structure is characterized by complexity in away that its leaders differ in regard to the best ways of serving what has been termed "Aumneit Milly" (national welfare) for the spiritual guide. There is a cautions support expressed by the highest spiritual guide, Ali Khamin'i toward nuclear talks with the west in light of his repetitive attempts to swing in his stands between supporting the negotiating team thtough the term "nirmish Kahramanah" (heroic flexibility) and acceptance and subdued stand to the logic of the extremist current calling for militarizing the nuclear program and launching the slogan that the costs paid for the sake of continuing the nuclear program equal the dangers in light of Iran's projects of domination and expansion of influence in order to expand its vital sectarian sphere, as well as the impact of this program on the Arab countries in general and the Gulf countries in particular, in light of the existence of important indicators of militarizing this program which imposes dangerous challenges against regional security, with the existence of parallel programs supporting this attitude "the Iranic missile program, space program and paralel nuclear installations" which Iran has done its best for their installation and development
