The Right of Health between The International Conventions and The Social Practices : A Field Study of Sample Opinons of Citizens in Giza Governorate.

This study aims to identify the opinions of some citizens on the extent to which they have access to the bases of the right of health, as defined by international conventions and the egyptian constitution. A number of questions have been raised concerning some of these bases, as availability of health service, and the extent to which citizens have access to information on health issues,and the quality of the health service provide to them,as well as, their enjoyment of two basic health pillars such as housing and proffestional conditions. In adddition to their point of view regarding the duties they should perform towards the care of their health. This study was based on the social survey methode ,using the sample .a comparison method was used between the rule and urban areas of Giza governorate . The study was also based on the questionaire , a sample (330) was selected, and based on quantitative data analysis" SPSS" programme . The finding – generally- found that there was a gap between what was reported on the right of health in international conventions and societal practices . Despite of the availability of health facilities in urban and rural areas ,there are several problems related to the availability of necessary tools for treatment ,depends on the class status of citizensas, skilled medical cardes, and modern medical equipement enjoyed by private hospital, and suffer from lack of government hospitals.
